We are happy to refund or exchange any items that are unopened and in their original condition, if they are returned to us within 30 days of the order being placed. We are not able to accept returns for items that have been worn or tried on due to hygiene regulations unless the item is faulty. Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method or in the form of a store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error or the item is faulty.

Buyer is responsible to pay for any fees for returned items. We would recommend using a tracking number, so if something goes wrong with your package it can be easily tracked down. When returning an item, please notify us the day you send the item.
